Stop bothering all your loved ones for a massage; get the real thing at home or office.   You don’t even have to get a babysitter!

The moment you have been looking forward to all week is here!  A massage at your home or office!! Consider…. a comfortable table with warm sheets, the feeling of your stress melting away as soothing music surrounds you.  Just resting on the massage table is relaxing.

But wait… there is also a massage!! As the therapist works she seems to know just where all the tight spots are…. even if you didn’t know they were there!  Soon they are being worked out using a blend of Swedish Massage Techniques customized especially for your needs.  You can feel yourself falling into a relaxed state… all the day’s responsibilities vanish.  As you take some deep breaths, letting go of all your cares, you feel the tension in your body being soothed by the therapists caring touch.

When the relaxing experience is finished, if you are at home, you’ve had no traffic, parking or weather to fight… nothing to do but go straight for a warm bath and to bed.  If you are at work, you can continue your workday focused, relaxed and ready to tackle the now simple jobs ahead.

Sounds good? You can experience this for yourself with a visit from a massage therapist.

About Jennifer

I have been doing Massage since 2005, I am registered with The Massage Therapy Association of Saskatchewan. I mainly do mobile massage therapy at people’s homes and office, this does take more of my time but I enjoy doing it.  I do have an office for clients to come to if needed.

I customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.  I am always taking new classes to update on the latest techniques and treatments available.  If you wish to see what I might be taking next look at the future classes I am looking to take.

What you can expect during a treatment?

At the appointed time the therapist will arrive at your home or office.  The therapist will set up the table.  If it is your first treatment you will fill out some paper work.  The therapist will then ask some questions about your preferences and explain the procedures and treatments that are to follow. She answers any questions you may have.  An assessment, if necessary, will be performed.

The therapist will then leave the room and allow you to get comfortable on the table.  When ready, the therapist will return to perform the treatment that has been discussed with you.  When the treatment is done, the therapist will leave the room and allow you to get off the table.  When you are ready the therapist will come back in and answer any questions you may have as well as make recommendations for “preventative care” measures to enhance your wellbeing.
