Rapid neurofascial reset Technique
(Lower Body)(Feb 2019 taking Upper body & Core)
RAPID Adhesion Release, is a new soft tissue, movement based. massage technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in releasing tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves.
Every session is actually a combination of examination and treatment. The therapist uses their hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Abnormal tissues are treated by combining precisely directed tension with very specific patient movements.
RAPID sessions may be uncomfortable during the movement phase of the treatment. This occurs as adhesions are broken helping to restore normal function.
